the barrel project maple syrup _ spice road edition
In 2017 we had this crazy idea to bring in a 400 litre rum barrel from Barbados and fill it with County maple syrup from Fosterholm farms. We let it soak up all the rum flavours for a year and then bottled it as The Barrel Project. Come november 2019, we took the last few litres and mulled the syrup with citrus and winter spices for a special Spice Road Edition. Only a few bottles available.
