Reinterpreting the bed & breakfast experience in Prince Edward County
where guests enter as strangers and leave as friends
The house celebrates a sense of place and togetherness. Designed with a unique mix of carefully selected antiques, modern furnishings, and original art, you'll find the conviviality of a rural farmhouse with the luxury amenities of a boutique hotel. Common spaces like the library, dining room and farm shop awaken all your senses, from the patina of well-loved furniture to the sound of music setting the mood and soft scents wafting through the air, this place is much more than a pretty picture.
“What a fantastic and unique experience. This farmhouse has struck a beautiful balance between rustic and upscale modern. First, the farmhouse is immaculate and beautifully decorated. Second, the hosts have clearly done this before and are warm and welcoming.”

a setting to disconnect from the bustle
Five acres of wild and tamed landscapes frame century barns, a vineyard, and a modern sauna facility. Find quietude at one of the many outdoor seating areas or gather around the firepit in the evenings for sunsets, stargazing and socializing.
“…a place where disconnecting pretty much happens upon arrival. Maybe it's the house itself, which Nancy redesigned down to the smallest detail. Maybe it's the property, with its beautiful old barns, where they've strung up lights from the rafters and guests can sit with a glass of wine and look out on the fields. Nancy, Frank: thank you for making this farmhouse yours. And, by extension, ours. The soul of the place is shining bright.”
SAUNA & WATER CIRCUIT
wellness to ease your body and soul
The sauna and water circuit are in a uniquely private setting amidst trees and fields. Located just far enough from the house to feel worlds away from the everyday. The modern relaxation cabin is flanked by the hot plunge pool and outdoor shower while the barrel cedar sauna faces the cold plunge pool, both areas are connected by a wooden walkway. This experience is exclusive to guests and can be added during the booking process for an additional $80/person. Each session is private – you’ll be the only ones enjoying the facilities for a luxurious 2 hours.
“The evening we spent in the Nordic sauna circuit was a true highlight and well worth the splurge. Bouncing between the cedar dry sauna, hot pool, and ice bath was electrifying and very rejuvenating. Nancy and Frank have made an exceptional gem of a bed & breakfast, off the beaten path and unique in its own rights. Would highly recommend to anyone.”
