CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellation requests have to be sent in writing: stay@thewilfrid.com. 1) Cancellations 16 days (or more) prior to the check in date are open to a refund minus a 15% administration fee - or - same room reservation at a future date (within 180 days of the original check in date - upon calendar availability). New date will be non-refundable and non-transferable to a future date. 2) Cancellations within 15-8 days of a check in are open to a 50% refund - or - same room reservation at a future date (within 180 days of the original check in date - upon calendar availability). New date will be non-refundable and non-transferable to a future date. 3) Cancellation requests within 7 days of a check in are non-refundable and non-transferable to a future date. ​COVID POLICY If Government regulations prevent a guest from travelling or instruct bed and breakfast accommodations to shut down operations - all reservations made during this period will be open to a credit open for 365 day from the original check in date.
