maple spice granola
Our brunch table menu differs every morning. There is one constant though, it's been on the table since day one, Nancy's spice granola.
A mix of organic oat and quinoa flakes, loads of seeds, dried fruits and spices. It is all sweetened with local maple syrup and organic molasses for even more depth of flavour and that crispy crunch. We like to eat it, not only at breakfast but also as an afternoon snack or sprinkled on a salad in place of croutons.
