Guests have been asking to have, not only brunch, but also a Wilfrid dinner during their stay. In true Wilfrid style we took this simple request and dialed it up a notch (or ten).

We believe that a Private Retreat should be all about YOU. That means that no two retreats are ever the same. We are Frank and Nancy, your hosts, and we'll be curating your stay with you long before you arrive. We'll discuss your preferences and bring our Prince Edward County connections and attention to detail to every step of this experience. You will have the luxury of being our only guests for a three-night stay, have unlimited access to the sauna and water circuit, brunch every morning, homemade sweets each afternoon and chef prepared tasting menus in the evenings.

HOW IT WORKS
Bookings are made over the phone with your hosts Frank & Nancy. We will answer any questions, help find dates when you can be our only guests, and from that point on we will be your concierge for a turn key experience. We'll customize your getaway - ask us anything - if we can make it happen, we will!
PRIVATE RETREAT WITH PAIRINGS
when your private chef is also a sommelier, you can't go wrong
If you would like to experience, not only Frank's culinary talents but also his sommelier knowledge, we recommend adding wine pairing for both your dinners for an extra $160/person. Wines will be chosen from The Cellar to elegantly complement each course.
